1、 浙江工业大学2014-2015学年暑假(summer vacation)放假安排:
a. 全校学生自2015年7月6日（周一）起开始放假，9月11日（周五）报到注册，9月21日（周一）开始上课。补考安排请注意各学院通知。请全体留学生，在9月11日持个人学生证到健B503报到注册。
b.教职工自2015年7月8日（周三）开始放假，9月9日（周三）正式上班，期间安排轮休。
c.再次提醒，从2015年3月1日开始，学校办理延长签证，需在原来材料下，增加中华人民共和国浙江出入境检验检疫局认证或组织的体检报告。(地址：杭州市中河中路230号)
（1、ZJUT summer vacation arrangement of 2014-2015 academic year:
a. All the students will start summer vacation from July 6th, 2015（Monday）, and register for next semester on Sep 11th（Friday） and start to have classes from Sep 21st,2015.
Time for make-up exams：Please pay attention to the notice of major college.
All the students should register in jianB503 with your student ID on Sep 11th.
b. All the teachers will start summer vacation from July 8th,2015 （Wednesday）and start work on Sep 9th,2015 (Wednesday). Teachers will work on shift during
summer vacation.
c. From Mar 1st 2015, you can go to international affairs office to extend your visa, please take all the materials and you should take the health certificate also which is given by Zhejiang entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau（Address: No.230 ZhongHezhong Road,Hangzhou））
2、 查询课表，考试安排，考试成绩的方法：

First Step:
登陆学校教务处网站：www.ycjw.zjut.edu.cn，
You can log on the website: www.ycjw.zjut.edu.cn
Second Step:
用户登陆:类型选择为学生;
用户名:学号 (2013级和2014级留学生，学号前面带L);密码:123456或者学号. 如果这两个密码都不对或者修改密码后忘记了，需要自己带好学生证找专业学院教务处老师初始化密码。
用户登陆:kind类型:student学生；
（account用户名:student ID number (Grade 2013 and Grade 2014 students’ number with L)； password 密码:123456 or your student ID number.
If the two passwords are not right or you have changed the password but you forget it, you have to take your student ID card to go to the academic department of your major college to initialize it.）
Third Step:
进去后点查询系统。 如果还不会查询，请咨询其他同学。另外，如果你系统里面的名字有错误，可以告诉健B503办公室的老师。
（When you log in and you can click the checking system查询系统to check.
For there is just Chinese version of this website, you had better to find someone who knows Chinese to help you. It is important to learn how to use the system to check the information by yourself. And if the name in the system is not right, you can inform the teacher in Jian B 503. Thanks.）
3、 暑假7月8日–9月8日期间，国际学院办公室老师实行轮流值班
上班时间：上午：8:30-11:00
下午：2:00-4:30
(The teachers will work in turn during July 8th—Sept 8th.
Working Hours：
Morning:8:30am-11:00am
Afternoon:2:00pm-4:30pm)
4、暑假期间，签证相关事宜请直接到朝晖校区东科教楼南224办公室办理（请联系电话：0571-88320160，确认可否办理）
